Charmain spent 11 years in the Navy where she obtained her trade certificate as a radio mechanic and fitter.
Being relocated to Darwin in 1998 gave her the opportunity to leave the Navy and start up her own company, which was later sold in 2003 before relocating back to Perth for family reasons. She worked 3 years as a Property Manager specialising in fully furnished executive short-term rentals.
Feeling the need to go back into business for herself, Charmain looked around at all the different organizations and through a personal referral joined the Mortgage Industry in June 2006. Charmain has a passion for Real Estate, and excels in helping people to achieve their personal and financial goals.

After graduating with a degree in IT Jon spent 25 years working in a variety of roles in the insurance industry including managing departments in Training & Development and Building & Facilities.
In his spare time Jon has spent over 15 years volunteering with disability and community service organisations and uses his expertise and knowledge to assist on a number of not-for-profit boards and committees. Jon is President of a swimming club and his aspiration for teaching others to improve their technique and realise their ambitions drove him to become a qualified swimming coach.
Being a property investor for many years, having a head for numbers and his passion for assisting people achieve their goals is what led Jon to a career in mortgage broking.

Chelsea spent 8 years with one of the ‘Big 4’ in the retail space, including home and small business lending. This gave her extensive experience in the corporate world. In 2014 Chelsea left the corporate world to start a family and establish a small creative venture.
A return to finance occurred in 2020 when Chelsea decided to re-ignite her passion for assisting people achieve their home ownership dreams.
